Shrimp in garlic butter sauce
- 150 g preboiled shrimp
- 40 g butter
- 20 g garlic
- 1/2 lemon - juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- fresh parsley leaves optional
Wash and check that the shrimps are clean (no shells, no black line/vein on the back).
Prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Put the butter to melt in a pan, over medium heat.
When is hot (not boiling), add grated garlic. Stir for 30 seconds or till fragrant.
Add shrimps and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add lemon juice and salt immediately after shrimps.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle diced parsley and stir.
Serve with garlic bread, toast, fried rice or pasta.
