  • 150 g preboiled shrimp
  • 40 g butter
  • 20 g garlic
  • 1/2 lemon - juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • fresh parsley leaves optional


  1. Wash and check that the shrimps are clean (no shells, no black line/vein on the back). 

    Prepare the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Put the butter to melt in a pan, over medium heat.

  3. When is hot (not boiling), add grated garlic. Stir for 30 seconds, or till fragrant.

  4. Add shrimps and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add lemon juice and salt immediately after shrimps.

  5. Turn off the heat, sprinkle diced parsley, and stir.

  6. Serve with garlic bread, toast, fried rice, or pasta.
