Spice Mix for Steak, Smoked Pork Loin, Schnitzel, Roasted Potatoes - Extravagance House

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp black pepper or a mixture (with white pepper)
- 3-4 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp grounded caraway
- 1/2 - 1 tsp grounded coriander optional
- 1 tsp hot paprika optional
Instructions
If you have whole spices, you can ground them for a more intense flavor. If whole spices are not available just use grounded ones instead.
Mix the spices and store them in a spice jar or a small jar.
