Pico de gallo

Ingredients

  • 30 g ardei iute serrano (inlocuibil cu 60 gardei gras galben sau verde, daca nu va place iute))
  • 100 g rosii
  • 40 g ceapa galbena
  • 1/2 lime (lamaie verde) sau lamaie - zeama
  • 1/4 lingurita fulgi de chili if you don't have or can't find fresh chili - optional
  • 1/4 lingurita sare mare
  • frunze de patrunjel sau coriandru proaspete optional

Instructions

  1. Pregatiti ingredintele.

  2. Taiati legumele in cubulete.

  3. Adaugati sarea, fulgii de ardei iute (daca folositi) si zeama de lime sau lamaie, treptat.

    Amestecati si serviti cu guacamole si chipsuri de porumb (tortilla chips).
