Guacamole Sauce - Extravagance House

  • 100 g avocado pulp
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 lime juice (or lemon juice)


  1. Prepare the ingredients. Cut the avocado in 2, lengthwise.

  2. Hit the woody core with the knife blade, twist, and remove.

    Insert a spoon between the skin and the pulp. Mash with a fork.

  3. Add the spices and the lime juice and mix.

  4. Mix in the yogurt.

  5. Serve with vegetable sticks (carrots, cucumbers, celery), tortilla chips, potato chips.



    If you want a more intense avocado taste, add extra 50 g avocado and more spices.

    Serve together with other sauces:

    Garlic Sauce,

    Lentil Paste,

    Homemade ketchup or store-bought.
