Seeds Mix for Bread, Salads and Smoothies - Extravagance House
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g linseed
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 30 g chia seeds
Prepare the ingredients.

Mix and keep in a jar.
Use in salads, bread, yogurt, over cereals, and in smoothies.
