Prepare the ingredients.
For the seed mix for bread, I recommend to ground the linseed and keep the other whole. This way you will fully benefit from linseed properties.
Mix and keep in a jar.
Use in salads, bread, yogurt, over cereals, and in smoothies.
One teaspoon of ground linseed in yogurt is delicious and supplements the levels of fibers required by your body, especially during winter when we are eating fewer fruits and vegetables.
You can add some other seeds. This mix has a somewhat neutral taste. For example, if you add pumpkin seeds (20 g to the ratio in the recipe above), this will have a stronger taste even unpleasant for some people.
