Salsa de queso - Cheese sauce
- 150 g cheddar cheese
- 100 ml whole milk 50 ml if you want a thicker sauce
- 1/2 - 1 tsp sweet paprika or a mixture of sweet and hot paprika, or sweet paprika mixed with chili flakes
Use a small pot to boil the milk.
Add paprika or the mix to the milk and stir till is boiling. Reduce heat to low towards medium.
Grate cheese on the big grater side of the grater.
Add grated cheese and stir till is fully melted, aprox. 5 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with Guacamole, Guacamole sauce, Pico de gallo, tortilla chips.
