Garlic Sauce - Light Aioli Sauce
The recipe of Garlic Sauce - Light Aioli Sauce has Italian origins, but is not the original one. The original one uses only olive oil, garlic, and salt.
- 25-30 g garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 50-60 g mayonnaise
- 50-60 g yogurt
Peel and wash the garlic. Pass through a garlic press or use a mortar and pestle.
Prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Mix garlic with salt for about 1 minute.
Add the oil and mix until gets thick.
Add the mayonnaise and mix until fully incorporated.
Add the yogurt, mix and serve.
If you do not like the strong garlic taste, you can reduce the quantity of garlic used.
Can be served with steak, oven potatoes, Turkey Meatballs.
Use as a snack with carrot and cucumber sticks, french fries, meatballs, sausages, tortillas, or potatoes chips.
Use together with other sauces:
