Prepare the ingredients. Cut the avocado in 2, lengthwise.
Hit the woody core with the knife blade, twist, and remove.
Insert a spoon between the skin and the pulp. Mash with a fork.
Add the spices and the lime juice and mix.
Mix in the yogurt.
Serve with vegetable sticks (carrots, cucumbers, celery), tortilla chips, potato chips.
If you want a more intense avocado taste, add extra 50 g avocado and more spices.
