Spring Salad - Extravagance House
Ingredients
- 50 g green salad
- 30-50 g onion
- 2 pieces green onion
- 80-100 g radishes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pumpkin oil optional
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp seed mix for bread and salads
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients.
Jullien the yellow onion and add it to a bowl with a pinch of salt. Mix with your hands until the onion softens.
Slice the radishes into thin slices. Dice the green onion and the green salad.
Add all vegetables over the softened onion with the oils, balsamic vinegar, and seeds. Mix lightly with 2 forks or with your hands. Taste and add more salt if necessary.
Serve with scrambled eggs, omelets, steaks, and barbeque.
Enjoy!
Notes
The softened onion tastes better and is not that pinchy. I recommend even if you don't like onions. It seems that can be tolerated, in moderation, by those who can't eat onion normally.
If you don't want onion in your salad, add 2-3 more pieces of green onion.
Besides the different flavors given to salads, pumpkin oil has multiple health benefits.
The balsamic vinegar enriches the taste of the salads, combined with other oils and seeds.
