Cucumber Raita - Indian Cucumber Salad is a refreshing salad that accompanies many Indian dishes.

Ingredients
- 200 g yogurt
- 200 g coarsely grated cucumber
- 35 g diced onion
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp diced coriander or parsley
- 1 tsp fresh chopped mint
Instructions
Grate the cucumber on the big side of the grater. Dice the onion. Prepare the spices and the yogurt.
Put all ingredients into a bowl, except the yogurt, and mix.
Add the yogurt and mix again. Taste and add more salt or cumin.
Serve with Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani), Chicken Biryani, Mutton Masala, or another Indian dish.
